At Makbush Designs, we take great care in crafting and packaging each handmade product.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund process below.
**Returns**
You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
**Return Shipping**
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, Makbush Designs will cover the return shipping costs.
